FAQ

Is it still worthwhile to trek the Annapurna Base Camp?

Even with automobile road work along the way, the Annapurna Base Camp is still excellent and worth undertaking. New trails have been identified, and Secrets of the Himalayas provides the appropriate routes, itineraries, guides, and pricing.

Why is Annapurna more popular than Everest?

Annapurna is a slightly less demanding course if you doubt your mountaineering abilities. The average altitude is substantially lower, and there are fewer challenging climbs. You can also choose from a range of pathways, some of which do not surpass 2000 meters in altitude, rather than being funneled into the Khumbu Valley on Everest.
