Itinerary

1 Arrival at Kathmandu City

On the first day, you will arrive at the Tribhuwan International Airport, where we will receive you with warm greetings and an introduction. Then, we will take you to your comfy hotel to rest for the day and refresh.

2 Sightseeing in Kathmandu

There are too many places in Kathmandu to visit in a day. So, we will visit the most famous sites, explore the city, and buy souvenirs. The highlight of this day is that you will explore the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu like Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Bauddhanath, and many more, which hold religious significance.

Other historical sites include Kathmandu Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. We will rest for the day and drop you off at your hotel.

3 Kathmandu to Chame Road Trip

We will arrange a private vehicle for this day to take you to Chame. You will explore the greenery of Nepal and geographical diversity along the way. The route of this road trip is through Besisahar Lamjung.

4 Chame to Pisang Trek

We will start our trek from Chame on the fourth day through the narrow valley. Throughout the tour, you will view Annapurna II and Pisang Peak. After walking for 2-3 hours, we will start descending towards the Manang Valley.

5 Pisang to Manang Trek

The trek from Pisang to Manang has two routes, and it depends on many things like the weather to choose one of them. One is the Road route, and the other is a Trekking route. The road might be easier as it only takes around 3-4 hours. However, if you are a trekking person, you should go through the trekking route, which takes 6-7 hours.

6 Acclimatization at Manang

After reaching such a height, your body needs time to adapt to the climate and altitude. So, we will rest for this day at the Manang Valley and adjust our bodies to the weather. You can go for short hikes, explore the culture, the natural beauty, and many more.

7 Manang to Shreekharka Trek

On this day, we will hike to Shreekharka from Manang. Along the trail, we will come across Khangsar Village, where we will stop by to visit a monastery. You will be exhausted by the long walk, so that we will stay overnight at Shreekharka.

8 Shreekharka to Tilicho Lake Hike, Return for Overnight Stay

You must be extra cautious on this day as we will pass through landslide-prone areas. Our end destination will be the world’s highest lake, Tilicho Lake. However, before that, you will have to pass through bumpy trails. Once you reach there, your experience will be mind-blowing because of the breathtaking scenarios of the place. 

After you explore the lake area, we will descend towards Tilicho Base Camp and have lunch there. You can interact with people and listen to their stories about the lake, which holds religious and geographical significance. Finally, we will return to Shree Kharka to stay for the night.

9 Shreekharka to Yak Kharka Trek

We will start descending from Shree Kharka to reach Yak Kharka, which will take around 4-6 hours. Along the way, mountain animals like yak and mountain goats are grazing. 

Moreover, there is a fantastic viewpoint before regaining the main route to Yak Kharka, where you can see the Annapurna III and the Gangapurna with Manang sitting below. We will cross the Thorang River and hike before reaching Yak Kharka.

10 Yak Kharka to Thorong High Camp

This day could be challenging as it primarily has uphills and barely any plain areas. We will pass through Ledar Village, the last village we pass by before reaching Thorang Phedi. All your hard work will be worth it once you see the exciting views of mountains like Gudang, Thorung, Khatungkan, and many more.

11 Thorong High Camp to Throng La Pass and Muktinath

You will finally get to the World’s Highest Pass on the eleventh day, Thorang La Pass. From such a height, you will be amazed by the scenery you’ll see here. It is a paradise for photographers and nature lovers. After you cross the pass, you will reach a famous temple, Muktinath.

12 Muktinath to Jomsom Trek

Considered the home of Lord Vishnu, Muktinath is a sacred temple for Hindus. It also signifies Hindu-Buddhist harmony through nunnery. You will learn many things about these religions on this day’s tour. 

After exploration, we will start descending toward Jomsom, the windiest town in Nepal. You can see many natural sceneries from your room window in this place.

13 Jomson to Pokhara Flight

You will have an early flight to Pokhara on this day. Pokhara is the tourist hub of Nepal, so you will come across many fellow travelers as you explore the Lakeside streets. Besides, there are many pubs and restaurants to relax and eat delicacies.

14 Sightseeing in Pokhara

Pokhara is Lake City, so you will visit many Lakes and possibly go boating on this day. Moreover, there are multiple caves to explore, like Bat Cave, Mahendra Cave, and Gupteswor Cave. Our tour guide will help you explore many tourist areas possible in a day.

15 Return to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus

Finally, with our tour guide, you will return to Kathmandu by a comfy tourist bus. Your trip would have been exhausting, so you can rest easy on the bus or enjoy the green scenery of the Hilly region. We will have a celebratory dinner in the evening with our whole trekking team and celebrate our successful journey.

16 Departure from Kathmandu
